SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This enables us to both fulfill and support the products and services you purchase.
When you browse our site and use our application, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content (i.e. blog posts, YouTube videos, reports/whitepapers, etc.) and special events via Aweber.com email service. You can opt out of these emails at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails.
Email application: Users are sent reminder, alerts, maintenance and data summary emails about their account and the application via SendGrid.com email service. User can opt out of these emails at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails. [Note: user may not opt out of critical maintenance emails - such as password retrieval - as long as account is active.]
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (i.e. registration, newsletter subscription and marketing messages), we imply that you consent to our collecting it and all data you provide the site and application by opting in and/or we will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.
You may also opt to connect your account to a practitioner's account for consult. By doing so you are granting consent to us to share your data, user name and photo with them and granting consent to the practitioner to access your data. The connected practitioner will have their own privacy policy in regards to your data and relationship with them. No contact information such as email address is shared. Messages sent between you and the practitioner via in-app messages are encrypted. You may withdraw your consent to connect by clicking the disconnect button on your practitioner dashboard.
If you are a practitioner or health coach account user, your practice and business information is listed in the practitioner directory. Information such as name, license number, address, specialties, photo and other pertinent information is shared with application users for marketing and awareness of your business purposes. Users may contact you via in-app messaging and choose to connect their account to yours for consultation. You may remove your listing from the directory by clicking off "the show in directory" check box. You may delete your account by clicking the delete button on your settings page.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Also, if our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell and support our products and services.
IMPORTANT: We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners or vendors. Again, we take your privacy very seriously.
Collected data may be used in aggregate with other user's data. This data will be anonymous and cannot be connected to an individual user so it therefore no longer qualifying as personal data. We may use this anonymous aggregate data for research, to produce compiled charts, graphs and reports to better understand the nature of the data and for communications and PR purposes as well as detecting overall patterns and trends.
SECTION 4 - DATA STORAGE
Tracking data entered by a user, meaning ailment severity, life factor levels, daily activities, foods eaten, etc. are stored in a password secured database. User’s passwords are saved to the database hashed and are never stored in plain text. We at no point have access to user’s passwords. In-app messages communication between practitioners and trackers, as well as user’s private journal and food notes are encrypted inside the database.
The user can delete their account by clicking the Delete button on their account settings page. By deleting an account, all personal identification information (including encrypted messages) is deleted. Note: In-app messages between user and practitioners can be deleted at anytime by either party without warning if one account is deleted.
Our shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by Samcart.com and/or Thrivecart.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your purchase data is stored through Samcart.com and/or Thrivecart.com and Stripe.com data storage, databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Office Ready LLC or GuideDogDATA.com take custody or store your credit card information. SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES
GuideDogDATA and Office Ready LLC utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers. For example, we use a login cookie so members do not have to re-enter their username and password each time they return to our site We also use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. Finally, we use remarking pixels from Facebook and Google and other companies to aid in customized, targeted followup advertising.
Ad Serving and Usage Analytics. GuideDogData.com and Office Ready LLC use third-parties for advertising and usage analytics for the Website and Applications. These third-parties may place Cookies on Your machine, use Web Pixels, gather Personal Information, Traffic Data and Mobile Device Data, and log data to collect traffic and activity data in order to deliver relevant content and advertising.
